- We believe it can take up to two working days for Navigate to respond to queries.
- There are some helpful tips on the Navigate process here (link to news article Update on change to the Motor Insurance Database (MID) - NIG).
- To add or update vehicles, visit our third party MID portal provider, Motor Data Solutions (MDS).
- When your motor policy migrates from DLG to RSA you will receive an email from them asking you to log in to their portal to set up access.
- If your policy doesn't start or renew on or after 2nd September 2024, MDS will not be able to support any queries you direct to them.
- Once MDS have sent you your email, if you have any questions about portal access please contact them.
