As part of the migration of NIG policies to RSA systems, you may be aware that our direct debit process has changed.
Our third-party credit provider, Premium Credit Limited, will now provide direct debit payments. As a regulated lender, they need extra information to set up a credit agreement. An application form must be completed to assess your client’s suitability for finance.
The type of business entity determines what information will be required. These are listed against each of the 4 application forms. Please send application forms to [email protected] once completed.
We have also included a broker script and a document containing regulatory information. These are listed above under “PCL Regulatory Wording”. They detail the points that you need to cover with your client. You must make sure these are shared with your client before they agree to pay for their policy by direct debit.
