And for motor claims you’ll need:
If you’ve already completed a claim form there’s the functionality to upload a printed version, along with supporting evidence without having to send large files via email. We’ve also reduced the associated question set, making it easier and quicker for you to notify us directly of a loss.
It only takes around 10 minutes to log the most complicated claims and can take as little as three minutes to enter the basic details and upload documents you already have.
A submission link will also be emailed to you, so you can submit the claim via any device. This gives you the flexibility of uploading photos of the damage directly from your mobile phone.
Started your online submission but got interrupted? No problem, you can come back to it later. If you had to dash to a meeting part way through, you can pick up where you left off by clicking on the link you received via email and continue the submission at any stage from any device.
Once you’ve submitted your claim online, you’ll be contacted in 24-48 hours of the claim notification. If the claim is validated from the information supplied, we could be offering settlement or will have taken the next steps such as instructing suppliers where required to get the claim moving as quickly as possible.
Your claims relationship manager will be more than happy to answer any queries you may have. Online submissions for Liability claims go live later this year so watch this space!
