Our Strategy

Our focus on building resilience means helping society and our customers adapt to the impacts of climate change, investing in skills to help communities access opportunities for growth and prepare for the future, as well as supporting the well being of communities where we operate. Our work in building resilient communities focuses on three dimensions of impact: climate resilience, economic resilience, and community well being.

Community Well-Being

As part of our focus on community well-being, we enable and encourage our colleagues to give back to their local communities and support causes they care about. Our community programmes harness the generosity and enthusiasm of our colleagues to support some of the most vulnerable in society through volunteering and matched fundraising.

Our Climate Strategy

Our climate is rapidly changing. We’ve been on the front lines with our customers managing the increasing impacts of severe weather. We’ve developed a plan that uses our expertise, resources and scale to address both sides of climate change mitigation and adaptation.

ESG Performance and Disclosure

We are committed to high standards and transparency in our approach to ESG matters. We set our position through our policy statements and share our progress with stakeholders through our annual Social Impact and ESG reporting, and disclosures.
