Welcome to our Risk Control Surveyor Apprentices

Apprenticeships are a fantastic way to build an even more diverse culture and we believe it enables us to strengthen our business and help build a brighter future for people, that want to develop their career. At NIG, we are committed to ‘growing our own’ and understand the importance of what surveyors bring to our brokers and clients.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our NIG Apprenticeship Programme, that will fully train 6 new field-based risk control surveyors. Each apprentice will receive a Level 4 Insurance Professional Diploma with Cert CII as well as externally recognised industry qualifications. This is the first of its kind for such a technical role.

Each of the apprentices will have an NIG mentor and a Surveyor Buddy to give them all the support they need on their amazing journey. They will also benefit from 1 day a week dedicated to learning, giving them the time to focus on their academic studies.

Good luck to our fantastic cohort – your exciting new career starts here!
