When something goes wrong you need to know your clients’ claims are going to be dealt with quickly. So we’re making claims handling even easier, starting with new claims contacts for the National Trading Centre and National Schemes Centre.
The National Trading Centre (NTC) opened in Manchester in 2017 and the National Schemes Centre (NSC) went live in Bristol this year. We’re now arranging our property and liability claims teams to support new claims from these centres. From the 1st of January 2019 all new claims for the NTC will be handled out of Manchester and a team in Bromley will focus on new claims for the NSC.
By centralising the teams and having dedicated handlers to look after your clients, we’re ensuring straightforward claims handling to further strengthen relationships.
All existing claims will run off in their current location and there is no change for motor claims which remain in Birmingham.
Please take note of these new contact details so that from the New Year you’re logging new claims with the right team.
