Using TheHub for renewals, you’ll be able to:

• Amend quotes from the renewal date.
• View renewal documentation and make amendments (effective from the renewal date) during the 35-day renewal window.
• Allow the policy renewal quote to automatically renew the day before the renewal date, creating the bind date. The bind date is the day before the renewal date and where the policy goes from renewal invited to renewed.
• Get a quick response to underwriting queries or renewal discount negotiations.
• Have instant access to your renewal documentation.

A couple of things to bear in mind:

• Any amendment made on or after the bind date is treated and shown as a mid-term adjustment. We issue documentation on this basis. If you need updated renewal documents, you must process the amendments to the renewal quotation during the 35-day renewal window, but before the bind date.
• You can also make any referrals via TheHub for a fast response to your underwriting queries or renewal discount negotiations.
